All reports are available via our Management reporting portal. Depending on the device being used, there may be alternative retrieval options such as our Remote Link software.

How long does it take to receive a report from RCS?

Toggle

Holter reports are delivered back to the office typically 24 business hours after RCS receives the data. For example, data sent to RCS at 1:00 PM Tuesday will have a report delivery of 1:00 PM or sooner on Wednesday. Data sent on Friday or a holiday can be expected the next business day. Event reports are usually returned within a few hours of being received from the patient. Any abnormal recordings are processed and phoned into the provider’s office within 15 minutes.

What if I need a report sooner?

What happens if a monitor needs repairs?

Toggle

While utilizing our services, all equipment is maintained by RCS. If there is any damage/malfunction to the equipment your office is not held responsible. Simply give us a call and we will make arrangements to have the broken device returned and a new device delivered to your office.

Is my office responsible for monitors not returned by the patient?

Toggle

Once the device is with a patient, it is no longer your office’s responsibility. If you were expecting the device to be returned to your office from the patient, we ask you attempt to retrieve it from the patient first. If you are unsuccessful, once provided with the patient information, we will attempt to retrieve the monitor and replace the device in your office.
